AAML NJ hosts various seminar programming for its Fellows and their Associates.  The series covers an array of topics, trends and issues facing the practice of Family Law.  They are held virtually via the Zoom Meetings platform for engaging and easily accessible learning.

Business Valuations in Times of Economic Uncertainty: Impact of COVID-19 on Business Value

The impact of COVID19 in a valuation in a divorce case is likely to be dramatic.  The crisis will impact cash flow which is central to the determination of value.  This seminar will review valuation concepts and applicable law, the economic factors effecting a valuation and the overall impact on the conclusion of value.  The important considerations in a valuation in a divorce case will be examined in light of the COVID19 crisis.
