Join us on Wednesday, May 26, 2021 at 5:00 PM ET for a Zoom video seminar on Understanding Individual income. CLE credits approved

Practicing family law requires an understanding of how an individual’s cash flow is calculated for support purposes.

Join us for a presentation on the basics of understanding how these calculations work. We will focus on navigating through an individual income tax return, as well as business tax returns, in order to understand the elements of an individual’s cash flow stream. We will consider the differences between an individual’s taxable income and cash flow and discuss how this can impact your own cases. This is a great introduction or brush-up for attorneys who are seeking to gain a better understanding of the financial aspects of their clients and cases.

What you will learn in seminar:

  • An attorney understanding of financial aspects concerning clients and cases.
  • An understanding of the various tax forms and calculations used.
  • Additional forms of cash flow.

Presentation by:

  • Danielle Lipari, CPA, MBA | CG Tax, Audit & Advisory
  • Bill Stabile | CG Tax, Audit & Advisory
